Learn how to save lives!
This course trains individuals to overcome any reluctance to act in emergency situations as well as recognize and care for life-threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. This course also provides the lay responder with the knowledge and skills necessary to help sustain life in an emergency and minimize the pain and consequences of injury or sudden illness until professional medical help arrives. All certifications are valid for two years. Classes will be held in the Recreation Center classrooms.

Minimum enrollment for all certification classes is five participants. If minimum enrollment is not reached, the class may be canceled. Registration deadline for all classes is the Friday before by 5 p.m.
Materials will be sent to all registered individuals as a PDF in an email no later than the Friday before class.
The manual will also be available for purchase the day of the class for $5.
Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet of some sort with them to easily view the manual if they do not want to purchase their own copy of the manual.
