Membership applications and liability forms can also be filled out and purchased in the Rec Services Office or at the Customer Service desk. To support contactless transactions, we request payment be made via credit/debit card, AU gift card, or Eagle Card
Gold Membership information (membership application, liability form, and FAQ's for Regular Full-Time Employees) can be found on the Employee Portal > FS Info > Employee Wellness.
Mail or drop off your completed forms, along with payment to the Recreational Services Office.
