Residence Halls

Living on campus provides many benefits to college-bound students, and those who live on campus traditionally perform much better in the classroom. First Year Housing Options

Amstutz

  • Co-ed, first year building
  • Lofts not permitted, moveable furniture in the room
  • Located close to Kem, Convo and the athletic complex
  • Amenities include: laundry and lounge area on every floor. Full kitchen and large lobby areas on the ground floor.
  • 2 elevators, 8 floors

Andrews- 3rd floor for Ashbrook Scholars

  • Co-ed, all class level building
  • Lofts not permitted, moveable furniture in the room
  • Located close to Amstutz, Convo and the Student Center
  • Amenitites include: air-conditioning, full kitchen, laundry and a large lounge area
  • No elevators

Clark

  • Single gender- female, all class level building
  • Lofts permitted, built-in furniture in the room
  • Located between Kilhefner and Myers Halls.  Close to Bixler, Patterson and Redwood, the chapel and the library
  • Amenities include: laundry and lounge area on every floor. Open lounge/study area on the first floor.  Full kitchen and large lobby areas on the ground floor.
  • Clark houses Ashlan's sorority chapters in four of its eight wings.  Members of the Greek community enjoy personalizing their suite and livig space with their sororoity's colors and letters.
  • 1 elevator, 5 floors

Clayton- 4th floor for students in the Honors Program

  • Co-ed, all class level building
  • Lofts are permitted, built-in furniture in the room
  • Located adjacent to Redwood.  Between Myers and the Seniors Apartments
  • Suite-style living
  • Amenities include: large study area and lobby on the first floor.  Lounge area, kitchen, laundry room and game area in the basement
  • 2 elevators, 9 floors

Kem

  • Co-ed, first year building building
  • Lofts are not permitted, moveable furniture in the room
  • Located near Amstutz, Convo, the foot bridge connected to the Student Center and the athletic complex
  • Amenities include: laundry, kitchenette and lounge area on every floor. Large lobby areas on the ground floor.
  • 2 elevators, 7 floors
