Tau Kappa Epsilon
Brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon pledge to be better men for a better world, and the brothers continue to grow and progress toward that pledge. Members dedicate themselves to bettering themselves, the fraternity, the University and the Ashland Community as a whole. Tau Kappa Epsilon hosts many fundraising events including Dancing for Those Who Can't for Cystic Fibrosis, the "TKE Tub Tug" for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Alzheimer's Association's Memory Walk. The Memory Walk provided an opportunity for the brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon to aid in running an Ashland community event, extending beyond the walls of the university. Many local Ashland residents were touched by the fraternity's aid in raising funds and awareness for the terrible disease.
Tau Kappa Epsilon also sought to expand their brotherhood to include more active alumni brothers; this past year a Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association was officially established. The brothers hope that the new Alumni Association will help in creating a stronger bond with our alumni and an ability to use them as a resource for future fundraising and philanthropy events and also to interact with current brothers and reconnect with old friends.
The brothers of Tau Kappa Epsilon seek to further their collegiate success. Members are encouraged to attend study tables and to mentor each other in helping to further academic achievement.
