The duties of the Registrar's Office include registration for courses, requests to withdraw from courses, declaring majors and minors, advisor changes, verification of enrollment, transfer credit and transcript requests. We are also responsible for the University’s course and exam schedules as well as the Academic Calendar.
Spring 2027 schedules are due to the Registrar's Office on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026.

Spring 2027
- Spring schedules released – Oct. 2
- Graduate/Online Adult Studies – Oct. 12
- Senior – Nov. 2
- Junior – Nov. 5
- Sophomore – Nov. 9
- Freshman – Nov. 12
- Open Registration – Nov. 16
*Incoming transfer students will be able to enroll based on their earned credit hours/class standing from previous institutions (i.e. senior, junior, sophomore, freshman).

Incomplete Grades
Summer 2026 incomplete grades are due to the Registrar's Office by Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.
Fall 2026 Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Dates:
- 8 Week A: Sept. 14-25
- 16 Week: Oct. 19-30
- 15 Week CE: Oct. 12-23
- 8 Week B: Nov. 9-20

Graduation Application Deadlines
- July 2, 2026 - Last day to apply for August 2026 conferral.
- Oct. 10, 2026 - Last day to apply for December 2026 conferral.
