With a hands-on approach to learning and a determination to give a voice to those in need of help, the social work program at Ashland University is changing the community, one student at a time.
Approximately 50 students are currently enrolled in this nationally accredited program, making it one of the largest in the College of Arts and Sciences. Students are exposed to a rigorous curriculum consisting of a number of core social work topics including crisis intervention, community organization and social policy and research. But the learning doesn’t stop there.
