This training will give you an overview of medical marijuana in Ohio and incorporation of the employer determination of use in the company policies.

This training will provide a general understanding of managing those who have common mental health disorders and/or substance use issues that are interfering with their employment obligations.

This training can provide ways for supervisors to write and implement policies surrounding substance use into their workplace.
