The duties of the Registrar's Office include registration for courses, requests to withdraw from courses, declaring majors and minors, advisor changes, verification of enrollment, transfer credit and transcript requests. We are also responsible for the University’s course and exam schedules as well as the Academic Calendar.
2026 Summer and Fall schedules are due to the Registrar's Office on Friday, February 6, 2026.

- Graduate – Feb. 23
- Online Adult Studies – March 2
- Senior – March 16
- Junior – March 19
- Sophomore – March 23
- Freshman – March 26
- Open Registration – March 30
*Incoming transfer students will be able to enroll based on their earned credit hours/class standing from previous institutions (i.e. senior, junior, sophomore, freshman).

NOTE: All evening course finals will be held during their regularly scheduled time during Finals Week. Courses after 4 p.m. are considered evening courses. Classes meeting at irregular times will schedule their final examinations between Monday, May 4 and Thursday, May 7 at a suitable time for the professor and students.

Incomplete Grades
Fall 2025 incomplete grades are due to the Registrar's Office by Monday, February 23, 2026.
Spring 2026 Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory Dates:
- 8 Week A: Jan. 26-Feb. 6
- 16 Week: Feb. 23-March 6
- 15 Week CE: March 2-13
- 8 Week B: March 30-April 10

Graduation Application Deadlines
- March 7, 2026: Deadline to apply for Spring 2026 conferral.
- July 2, 2026: Deadline to apply for Summer 2026 conferral.
