Associate Provost for the College of Online and Adult Studies
At Ashland University, Todd leads the College of Online and Adult Studies and LearnAU. Todd Marshall has spent 20 years as a professor and administrator in higher education including nine years in Ukraine. He has held positions as Professor, IT director, Library Director, Dean, Executive Director, and Associate Provost. He has led online projects and programs in the former Soviet Union, Africa, and the United States. In 2006, he cofounded ServanTek, a nonprofit focused on technology, libraries, and education. He has held positions at Kyiv Theological Seminary, Alliance Theological Seminary and Nyack College, Syracuse University, Spring Arbor University, Regent University, and Ashland University. Todd has degrees in biblical studies (M.A., M.Div.), theology (Th.M.), and information science (M.S.L.I.S., M.Phil.), as well as a Ph.D. from the iSchool at Syracuse University.
