Congratulations from the President

Dear Graduates:

I wish to personally congratulate each one of you and to extend congratulations from the faculty, administration and staff of Ashland University to those of you who will receive either undergraduate or graduate degrees this spring. This is what you have worked hard to achieve and have looked forward to since enrolling at Ashland. You and your family have a right to be proud. We all look forward to recognizing your achievement at the Commencement ceremony on May 8 at 10 a.m. for undergraduate students and May 8 at 2 p.m. for graduate students.

The Spring 2021 Commencement ceremony, which will also honor graduates from spring and winter 2020 classes, will be held at the Dwight Schar Athletic Complex’s Miller Stadium off Broad Street on the Ashland campus. The event will be held at the stadium rain or shine. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing will be required and each graduate will receive two tickets for guests. The ceremony also will be streamed live and will be broadcast on the www.ashland.edu website.

You are now entering a new stage in your life and becoming a member of the Ashland University Alumni Association. Alumni continue to make a difference in so many ways through their support of the Alumni Fund and equally important through the assistance of telling others about Ashland. Alumni rank as one of the strongest influencers as far as recruiting new students. Again, congratulations on your achievements and we look forward to sharing this special day with you.

Dr. Carlos Campo

President, Ashland University
