  • Also has 30 years of business experience in bank and credit union leadership, lending, operations and business development
  • Director of the Eagle Investment Group, Ashland University's student-managed investment fund
  • Research interests include financial stress, financial literacy, consumer risk management and the baby boomer retirement impact on the housing market
  • Graduate of the Robert M. Perry School of Banking at Central Michigan University and most recently received his Ph.D. in personal financial planning from Kansas State University and earned his CFP® designation
