Today, Catherine serves as Ashland University’s Assistant Provost for Student Success. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for a wide range of student support services, including academic advising, tutoring, career and life calling, accessibility services, and student success initiatives for correctional education programs. She also serves as Senior Advisor to the President for Student Success, contributing to institution-wide efforts focused on student achievement and retention.

In addition to her administrative leadership, Catherine is also an adjunct instructor in the College of Business and Economics. She has taught courses such as MGT 100: Contemporary Business, MGT 307: Organizational Theory and Design, BUS 151: Occupational Life Calling I, and MGT 343: Social Responsibility & Business Ethics.
