Joined Ashland University faculty full time in 2009 as a Professional Instructor of Business Management teaching Human Resources and Management classes; promoted to Lecturer of Business Management in 2023.
Appointed Interim Department Co-Chair of the Management/Internal Business/Entrepreneurship/Supply Chain Management/Manufacturing Management/Industrial and Systems Engineering Management in 2026.
Created HR Minor for AU College of Business and Economics.
Serves as the AU HR Student Chapter Advisor from 2009 to present.
Has more than 25 years experience serving as a Senior Human Resources Professional/Business Partner and Executive in the business world in the childcare, telecommunications, long-term care, educational and nonprofit fields.
Founded and continues to operate an HR consulting company called Strategic Solutions for over 24 years.
