- For two decades in the industry, managed public relations and content marketing in nonprofit, for-profit and international organizations and provided strategic communication counsel to elected officials and government press offices.
- Published articles and book chapters on country reputation, public diplomacy, corporate reputation and status of women in the media and communication industries.
- Faculty adviser, Ashland University’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA)
