Whether you’re looking for a fitness class, a fun run or just to play a game of basketball or baseball every once in a while, you can find all that and more at AU.

5K Fun Run
On Oct. 21, 2023 we will hold our Homecoming 5K Fun Run. Register to join us! Or, if you can’t make it to campus, register to join us virtually. We will have prizes and people cheering you on, but we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguard Certifications
Would you like to be able to give aid in an emergency situation? Or, would you like to gain the skills to guard at an aquatic facility? We offer training in both, as well as recertification.
Climbing and Bouldering
Climbing and bouldering are great ways to get fit and have fun. In fact, you’ll probably be so focused on getting up the wall or simply reaching your next hold that you won’t even realize what an intense workout you’re getting until much later.
