5K Fun Run

Each fall we host the Homecoming 5K Fun Run. Please plan on joining us next year. More information will be available closer to the event.

American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguard Certifications

Would you like to be able to give aid in an emergency situation? Or, would you like to gain the skills to guard at an aquatic facility? We offer training in both, as well as recertification.

Climbing and Bouldering

Climbing and bouldering are great ways to get fit and have fun. In fact, you’ll probably be so focused on getting up the wall or simply reaching your next hold that you won’t even realize what an intense workout you’re getting until much later.
