To add this signature in Outlook, click the "gear" icon in the top-right to view the settings, then click "View all Outlook settings". Select "Compose and Reply" to open the signature settings. Give the signature a name to identify it (e.g. "Work email signature") and paste the signature into the text area either with the keyboard shortcut (CTRL+V on Windows or CMD+V on Mac) or by right-clicking and selecting "Paste". Click the "Save" button, then select the new signature to be used for new messages and for replies.
