Graduate & Family Housing Options
Ashland University, Main Campus
While we do not currently offer graduate student housing in traditional residence halls, there may be options available through the university's retail housing program. Please email stayatau@ashland.edu to inquire about these spaces.
College of Nursing & Health Sciences, Mansfield Campus
Located at 1071 Marion Avenue on our Mansfield campus, each apartment comes unfurnished and has two spacious bedrooms and private bathrooms, with an open floor plan for the living room and full kitchen (fridge, stove/oven, and microwave included). Each apartment also has a patio/balcony. Only graduate students and students with a legal spouse and/or dependent children are eligible to live in 1071. Residents are allowed one pet (no ESA approval needed, but there is a $200 pet deposit required).
