AU’s Eagle Marching Band to perform Sunday, Oct. 31

ASHLAND, Ohio – Ashland University’s Eagle Marching Band will present “Sounds of the Stadium” this coming Sunday, Oct. 31, at 3 p.m., inside Kates Gymnasium. The concert is free and open to the public.

The band, directed by Joseph Lewis Jr., will be playing a number of popular selections from its pregame and halftime shows, including top 40, Disney songs, and current and classic hits.

The Eagle Marching Band, established in 1988, consists of about 80 students and includes a color guard and majorettes. It performs at all home football games and travels to marching exhibitions throughout Ohio. Featuring a contemporary style and exciting movement, the band is one of the most popular student organizations on campus.
