Replacing Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card has been lost or stolen, go to the Manage Your Account page and login. Once logged in, you can click on "Lost/Stolen Card". This will deactivate your missing card immediately. You must then go, in person, to the EagleCard office, Lower Convocation/Student Dining or to Safety Services in the Hawkins Conard Student Center, and pick up your temporary card. There is a $5 charge for temporary cards. The temporary EagleCard will be active immediately for services, such as the meal plan and access to the residence halls, it will only work for 72 hours. After the 72 hours, you must return the temporary card to the EagleCard office, and purchase a new student ID at the current replacement rate of $10.
Care and Feeding of Your EagleCard
More than just an ID card, your EagleCard is a valuable possession containing a stored monetary value for purchasing power, as well as the ability to grant access to the many student services which are a part of the Ashland experience. It is important to care for your EagleCard properly. To prevent card damage and subsequent interruption of your access to campus services, keep your EagleCard in a protective case.
