Amstutz Hall
The newly renovated Amstutz Hall has 9 floors and is located at the intersection of Jefferson and Broad Street - close to the dining hall, football stadium, and the pedestrian bridge leading to the Hawkins-Conard Student Center. Upperclassmen students will find fully renovated rooms, study lounges, and air conditioning throughout the building.
Floors 2-8
Floors 2-8 have the option of single, double and triple rooms. A cluster of 6 pod-style bathrooms are located on each floor in the center of the building. A pod-style bathroom is a self-contained, individual restroom featuring a locking door, toilet, shower, and sink/vanity.

Floor 9
Floor 9 consists of 6 fully furnished 2-person apartments, each containing: living room with sectional couch/chaise lounge, TV stand, coffee table, side table, a full kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, a full bathroom and 2 private 1-person bedrooms, each containing 1 twin bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 desk with chair and 1 3-drawer dresser. Residents of these apartments must follow the standard alcohol policy upheld in all residence halls and do not qualify for senior apartment alcohol eligibility.
