AI and You: Partnering for the Future
Ashland University will welcome Lew Ludwig, Ph.D., director of Denison University’s Center for Learning and Teaching, for a special presentation on how to thrive in an AI-powered future. He will present “AI and You: Partnering for the Future,” on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m., in the Hawkins-Conard Student Center Auditorium. The event, free and open to the public, is part of this year’s College of Arts and Sciences’ Symposium Against Indifference series.
The theme of Ludwig’s presentation is that in a world increasingly shaped by AI, staying relevant means learning how to become an irreplaceable collaborator with the technology. “AI and You” will explore how rigorous, human-driven learning prepares us to partner with AI, not rely on it. Ludwig believes true innovation happens when we bring knowledge and creativity to the table, which AI alone can’t do.
