Jacobs Hall has 4 floors and is located near the Quad, Senior Apartments, and several academic buildings. Upperclassmen students will find newly renovated single, double, and triple-style rooms with pod-style bathrooms, study lounges, and air conditioning throughout.
Floors 1-4 have the option of single, double and triple rooms. A cluster of 3 podstyle bathrooms are located on each wing of each floor. A pod-style bathroom is a self-contained, individual restroom featuring a locking door, toilet, shower, and sink/vanity. Laundry facilities and water bottle filling stations are located on each floor.
Floor 1 contains a large lounge, kitchen & vending, while Floors 2-3 each contain a common area lounge, study room, and kitchenette with sink and microwave.

Please Note: Certain room dimensions may differ slightly due to variations in room configurations. The minimum room size for each room type is noted above. The ceiling height on the 4th floor will vary as the pitch of the roof affects the slope of the ceiling.

Important Notes: All furniture must remain in each room, even if students have selected a “buyout”. All beds have a headboard and footboard. These beds can be bunked, but not lofted.
