When you are physically active, you perform more effectively in all areas of your life. For this reason, we provide you with a multitude of fun physical activities to engage in with others or on your own — no matter what your fitness level may be. What’s more, recognizing that other dimensions of your life besides the physical also contribute to your wellness and well-being, we also provide you with a wealth of wellness programs and resources.

Rec Center Spring Hours


Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 1 – 10 p.m.

Pool Hours

Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.; 6 – 9 p.m.
Saturday: 3 – 8 p.m.
Sunday: 3 – 8 p.m.

Climbing Wall Hours

Monday & Friday: 3 – 6 p.m.
Wednesday: 3 – 8 p.m.
