Register Online: Enroll quickly and easily through the registration link located in each course description.

Earn Credit: Complete your course and earn graduate credit for licensure or advancement on an official AU transcript.

Before you register...
- Due to high enrollment numbers for our professional development classes, once a registration has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
- Completing a registration indicates that you are committed to paying the tuition costs, so please confirm that all information is correct before finalizing your registration.
- With a letter of permission from the instructor, a class can be dropped with a refund within three days following initial registration. After three days, tuition is nonrefundable.
- PDS classes are typically graded as pass (S) or fail (U).
- Students are encouraged to use Ashland's student portal to view courses they have registered for, check grades, print account statements or grade reports.
- If your courses and grades appear as expected, you may begin a transcript order in Self-Service or on the registrar’s webpage.
Self-Service Login Instructions
It is recommended that you verify your course and grades appear as expected before ordering transcripts. You can do that using your Self-Service student portal.
To view or order transcripts in Self-Service:
- Visit PassIT to find your username by typing your name in the box at the top right corner.
- Once you have established your login, you will need to visit Self-Service in order to view or order transcripts.
- If your courses and grades appear as expected, you can start a transcript order in Self-Service, or on the registrar’s webpage.
To view receipts in Elevate:
- Visit the Elevate Student Gateway.
- Your username is the email address you used to register.
