OTES 1.0 TRAINING

Ohio Teacher Evaluation Training (OTES) is required of all administrators who will be evaluating teachers under the state model. Teachers are permitted to attend as well, if space allows. The three day intensive training requires participants to learn the model, the process, and to practice the performance evaluation system.
