Course Description:

What is the impact of your generational upbringing on your classroom management style? As we grow up our values, morals, and ethics were established and how has it impacted your classroom management? What are the characteristics, morals, and ethics of the student you are teaching? Could classroom issues be due to the lack of connection? This course will investigate multiple generations and their characteristics which will allow you to compare yourself with students.  Furthermore, this class will review the classroom management theories that have evolved during each of the generational periods allowing you to understand the transformation of classroom management and how it might impact your classroom style.
