Teachers - Classroom Coaches

Teachers as Classroom Coaches provides comprehensive research and practice-based course which discusses how to create a coaching vision, build trust, listen well, ask powerful questions, and develop a work plan to be used within the classroom to empower students.  Additionally, the course will provide coaching conversations and descriptions of coaching activities to develop an educator's practice.  Common challenges and creative solutions will be reviewed and discussed with numerous practical tools: rubrics, and other coaching tools will be shared.
